Ingredients : Serves 6

  • 1/2 cauliflower, trimmed and broken into florets
  • 150g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 250g baby corn, washed
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled, halved and cut into 1cm
  • salt
    -----<For tahini dressing>-----
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white wine vineger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • spicy oil RAYU (option)
*Kabocha squash, french beans and broccoli can be added.

  • In a large pan place plenty of water, bring to a boil and add some salt.
  • Add the corn, carrot, sweet potato, cauliflower and peas. Alternatively, steam the all vegetables. Cook them until softened, but not over cooked, rinsed and drained.

  • In a small bowl mix together all ingredients for the tahini dressing.
  • Drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
