- Mix together the glutinous
rice flour and sugar.
- Add the cold water little by little and
knead it until smooth texture.

- In a pan place water and bring to a simmer,
keep it bubbling.
- Meanwhile, take the dough and form a ball
3cm in diameter. Then press the centre a little to make
a dimple.
- Boil the balls for about 2-3 minute or
until they come to the surface, then put them to cold water.
-----<for the sauce>-----
- In a small bowl mix together the all ingredients
for the sauce and microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix well with a small
whisk and put it back to the microwave for another 40 seconds.

- Drain the dumplings and cover the sauce
over them. Serve immediately.
