Ingredients : Serves 2

  • 5 seafood sticks, cut into 5mm thickness
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beat
  • 3 portions of boiled rice
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese soup stock powder
  • 1/2-1 tsp yuzu pepper
  • salt and freshly ground black peppercornspeppercorns---X
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable, corn or sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a midium-high heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture, stirred to make scrambled egg and set aside.

  • Heat the sesame oil in same wok or large frying pan over a midium-high heat.
  • Stir in the spring onion and seafood sticks.
  • Mix the rice breaking up into pieces and add the scrambled egg. Stir-fry until hot.
  • Season with Chinese soup stock powder, Yuzu pepper, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds, if you like and toss them all.
