  • 1 stick celery, sliced diagonally
  • 50g bean thread noodles
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp sushi vinegar powder "SUSHI-NO-KO"
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame oil
  • a few drops of spicy oil (optional) "RAYU"
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame (optional)

  • In a bowl put the celery and sprinkle the salt, stir. Leave it for a while.
  • Drain and squeeze it to remove any excess water.

  • Soak the bean thread noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes until softened and drain. rinse and cut into 3.
  • In a bowl put the celery and bean thread noodles. Add the sushi vinegar powder, oil and spicy oil if you like. Toss well and sprinkle the toasted sesame. Serve immediately.
