Ingredients : Serves 4

  • 1 pack any kind of fresh salad
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable, corn or sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • plenty of freshly ground black peppercorns

Instructions

  • For the dressing mix together the carrot, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, sugar and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
