  • 2 portions of green pointed cabbage, cut into juliennes
  • 1/4 pepper, seeded and shredded
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • freshly ground black peppercorns

  • In a bowl put the cabbage, sprinkle the salt, stir. leave it for a while.
  • Drain and squeeze it to remove any axcess water.
  • Mix together the cabbage, pepper with oil, vinegar and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
