  • 150g french breakfast radishes, removed the roots and leaves, washed
  • 2 tsp sushi vinegar powder
  • red dried chilli (option)

  • In a reclosable bag put the radish, sushi vinegar powder and chilli if you like.
  • Expel the air from the bag, then seal it and massage.
  • Refrigerate for 2 days.
