  • 150g french breakfast radishes, removed the roots and leaves, washed
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp black peppercorns

  • In a reclosable bag put the radish, vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, black peppercorns and 1 tbsp water.
  • Expel the air from the bag, then seal it and massage.
  • Refrigerate for overnight.
