  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for miso paste.
  • In a reclosable bag put the pork and the miso paste.
  • Expel the air from the bag, then seal it and massage.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours or up to for 2 days.
  • Preheat the oven to 220C, gas mark 7.
  • Place a baking sheet on the oven tray, spread the pork and reserve the marinate. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes utnil golden brown.
