FOOD---Rice & Grain

Ingredients : Serves 2

  • 1/4 leek, chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon, cut into 1cm
  • 1 egg, beat
  • 3 portions of boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp + 1tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chinese soup stock powder
  • salt and freshly ground black peppercorns

  • Heat the 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over a midium-high heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture, stirred to make scrambled egg and set aside.

  • Heat the 1 tsp oil in same wok or large frying pan over a midium-high heat.
  • Stir in the bacon and leek.
  • Mix the rice breaking up into pieces and add the scrambled egg. Stir-fry until hot.
  • Season with Chinese soup stock powder, salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
