  • 2 portions of bolognese sauce
  • 3 lasagne
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • olive oil


  • In a large oven proof dish, coat with the oil and place the 1/4 bolognese sauce with a spoon.
  • Lay the 1 lasagne and bolognese sauce. Repeat this 3 times.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and cover evenly with the cream. Leave to absorb for 20-30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C, gas mark 4.
  • Sprinkle the parmigiano reggiano and breadcrumbs. Drizzle the oil.
  • Cook for about 30-35 minutes until golden on top. Serve immediately.
