Ingredients : Serves 8

  • 3 granny smith apples, peeled and cored
  • 1 white grapefruit, peeled, segmented and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled, segmented and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 tsp of freshly squeesed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2(6g) sachet Supercook Gelatine Powder

  • Soak the gelatine powder in 2 tbsp cold water* for a few minutes.
  • Place 250ml water, the lemon juice, wine, sugar and the apples in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Cover with microwave-safe film loosely and microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
  • Peel off the film* a little and stir. Cover with the film again and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Take out the apples and cut into cubes.
  • Stir into gelatine gently but well until dissolved.
  • Add the grapefruits and pour into the mould or glasses.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 7-8 hours until set.
*Be careful, hot air will blow out.
