  • 1 ciabatta, halved and sliced
  • 2 slices of any kind of ham
  • 2 slices of any kind of cheese
  • 2 knobs of butter

  • Butter the ciabatta and place the ham and cheese between the bread.
  • In a frying pan melt a knob of the butter over a modelate heat and place the ciabatta for about 5 minutes pushing a little with a spatula.
  • Turn it over, add another knob of the butter and cook for about another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve hot.
