  • 2 horse mackerels, descaled, removed the head and bones, cleaned
  • 1/4 leek, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, sliced
  • red dried chilli (option)
  • 2 tbsp for marinate + 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 wedge of lemon

Instructions

  • Marinate the horse mackerels with the leek, garlic, chilli, oil and salt for about 10 minutes.

  • In a friying pan heat the oil over a medium heat, cook the horse mackerels with marinade for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn them over and cook another for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with a wedge of lemon.
