  • 20 gyoza dumplings---See the recipe and follow until the details of <Form> 3.Seal tightly.
  • handful of chinese leaf, cut into chunks
  • 1 spring onion, cut diagonally and finely
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 1 tbsp Japanese sake
  • 2 tsp Chinese soup stock powder
  • salt
  • sesame oil

  • Boil 1200ml water over a high heat, add the chinese leaf and ginger.
  • Add the sake, stock and salt.
  • Turn down the heat, boil the dumplings for 5 minutes or until the pastry becomes transparent sinking them occasionally.
  • Adjust with the salt and sprinkle with the spring onion and drop sesame oil.
