  • 1 whole seabass, descaled and cleaned
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • lemon
  • kikkoman soy sauce
Preheat the oven to 210-220, gas mark 7.

  • Make 4 deep slashes on each side of the fish and sprinkle with the salt.
  • Place a baking sheet on the tray under the grill rack, then grill the fish for 20 minutes.
  • Turn the fish over and roast for 5-10 minutes or until the fish are cooked through and lightly golden.
  • Serve with lemon and soy sauce.
