Green Fruit Salad

Ingredients : Serves 4

	2 Granny Smith*, washed, cored and cut into 12-16 1/2 bunch of green seedless grapes, washed and trimmed 3-4 kiwies, peeled, halved if you like and slice into 4-5 -----<Lemon syrup>----- 100g granulated sugar 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
*Green coloured melon can be added.

Mix 100g granulated sugar and 300ml hotwater. Add the lemon juice and leave it cool.

Soak the cut fruits in the syrup and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
