Ingredients : Serves 4

  • 1 pork fillet (500`600g), sliced 1cm thickness
  • 1 medium egg, beaten
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely grated
  • salt & ground black peppercorns
  • breadcrumbs
  • plain flour
  • vegetable / corn oil for deep fry

  • Mix well with the egg and 1.5 tbsp water.
  • In a large bowl, mix the meat, garlic and salt & ground black peppercorns with your hands, then massage them

  • Put the flour on one plate, the egg mixture for coating on another plate, and the breadcrumbs on another.
  • Dip each first in the flour and the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.
  • Heat enough oil to deep-fry in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry them a few at a time, for about 5 minutes, or until crisp and golden, then drain on kitchen paper.
  • Serve immediatly with shredded green cabbage.
