Sieve together the flour, baking powder
and the sugar.

In a large bowl, put
the flour and sugar, then mix the lemon zest, nuts, raisins
and chocolate.
Using a spatula stir until the
dough comes together and evenly. Then devide the dough into
two pieces.
Flour on surface, take one
of pieces and roll it roughly. Repeat the another one.
Place them on a baking sheet and pat each
piece into a log measuring 5cm wide by 2cm thick.

Bake in
the oven for 20 minutes until golden and firm. Cool for
30 minutes.
------------------------------ Reduce the oven temperature to 140C,
gas mark 1.

Cut each log into 2cm thick diagonal
slices.
------------------------------
Return to the oven for another 10 minutes
and turn them over to dry out.
Place a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
