Ingredients : Serves 4

- 200g beef prime rib or for stir-frying,
cut into julienne strips
- 2 peppers, deseed and cut into julienne
strips
- 1 canned (225g) bamboo shoots, cut into
julienne strips
- 1tsp soy
sauce
- ground black peppercorns
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tsp Japanese sake
- 1tsp starch
- 2tbsp vegetable, corn or sunflower oil
-----<for seasoning>-----
- 2tbsp soy
sauce
- 2tsp Japanese sake
- 2tsp oyster sauce
- 2tsp sugar
- 1tsp starch

Instructions

- In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, ground
black peppercorns, sesame oil, sake
and starch to make
the marinade.
- Soak the beef into the marinade a few minutes.

- Mix well the all ingredients for the seasoning.

- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan
over a midium-high heat.
Pour the egg mixture, stirred to make scrambled egg and
set aside.

- Heat the oil in a wok or
large frying pan over a midium-high heat.
- Stir in the
beef for a few minutes until coloured and set aside.
- In a same wok or pan, stir-fry the pepper
and bamboo
shoots for about 5,6 mintutes or until they are cooked.
- Drizzle with the seasoning and toss them
all.
