Ingredients : Serves 4

  • 1 x 300g pack beansprouts
  • 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp kikkoman soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sake

Instructions

  • Use a skewer to make a few small holes in both side of the pack and cook the beansprouts in a microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Rinse, drain and squeeze to remove the excess water.
  • Mix together the sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar and sake in a bowl, then dress the beansprouts
