  • 1 Halloumi, halve the thickness
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • Half a lemon, cut into half

  • Pat the Halloumi dry with kitchen paper and dust with the flour.
  • Heat the oil in the pan over medium heat. Fry the Halloumi for about 3 mins, turn them over and cook for about 2 mins until golden brown.
  • Add the wine and bubble up to evaporate the alcohol.
  • Serve them on a bed of fresh salad with the lemon.
